DeLorean Hall
Fans love it, others have no idea. To some it is a dream classic and to others... well, a silver car. We're here to try to make you become fans of this beautiful and very rare sample of automotive history. Be it the brand's founder Zachary DeLorean or Robert Zemeckis who made this lucky choice of a movie car for Back to the Future. As kids we gobbled each word of professor Emmett Brown and as supporters of Marty McFly we followed him on his quest to change his future with the DeLorean's time machine help.
Please note that the fundamental role in DeLoran's story was played by a Czech - Mr. Jaroslav Juhan. As a former Czechoslovak car racer and Jirina Steimarova's (actress) ex-husband and Anna Polivkova's (actress) grandfather was a friend of celebrities such as Salvador Dali or Zachary DeLorean. Juhan after fleeing to South America became a renown Porsche dealer. For his help to DeLorean he gained a car you can see in our display. We won't tell you the whole story as you may read it by the automobile in the show room...
This DeLorean is one of the biggest attractions of our museum. Apart from it's role in the Back to the Future trilogy this car in particular is very exceptional for being one of the two turbo-charged versions where the other car is proven to be forever lost. Up to 1987 it was in possession of the DeLorean company. After 1987 it changed ownership to the company's co-founder and investor Jaroslav Juhan to partly reconciliate his claim. He among other is responsible for the V6 power-train and co-operation with Lotus. Between 1977 and 2004 it was part of Geneva's Technical Museum display where it was flown to from the USA. In 2004 the car was donated to to a close friend of Jaroslav Juhan. The DeLorean has only 2450km on the clock.

DeLorean can't be mistaken for any other automobile. It's main features are steel gray body made of stainless steel and gull-wing doors.
